(Linum lewisii) A dainty, blue flowered perennial, 20 to 70 cm (8-28") tall, blooms each morning through July and August. Will grow on well drained soil in full sun. This plant is very drought tolerant. Attracts butterflies and birds. Seed in early June or late fall. Plant 3 to 4 mm (1/8") deep. Usually flowers in the first year and self seeds once established.
